Return and Exchanges Policy

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If goods received are faulty or damaged, contact us to arrange an exchange and return.
• If you receive your package damaged in transit, please don’t open it, but contact us immediately.
• As with all stores both online and high-street The Fresh Breath Clinic does not cover the expense of returns.

In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include a note explaining the
reason for the return as well as your daytime contact telephone number so that our Customer Service Team are able to contact you.

A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if the store
is unable to replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process a refund by
re-imbursing your credit card, or by returning funds to your PayPal
account - whichever payment method was used to pay for your order.
